What’s included in the Flavors of Mallorca tasting?
The Flavors of Mallorca tasting includes five selected wines from different wineries on the island, representing everything from native varieties like Manto Negro or Prensal Blanc to modern Mediterranean-crafted wines with character.
All of them are paired with a selection of typical products: Crispy quelitas, sobrasada, serrano ham, native cheese, locally produced olive oil, homemade jam, coca mallorquina, and toasted almonds.
