1. Who we are
We are a couple with different roots, but with something very important in common: our love for wine.
She, from Slovakia. He, from the Canary Islands.
Our passion for wine blossomed in Mallorca, and we decided to share it with the rest of the world.
In 2021, she started working at a Mallorcan winery. There she discovered everything a glass of wine can convey: conversation, emotion, memories.
By guiding tastings and sharing stories, she understood that wine is much more than what is served in a glass. Since then, she has continued her education with the international WSET Global program.
But it was at home where the idea for Wines & Bites was born.
One evening, quietly toasting in our living room, we realized something as simple as it was powerful: we could drink, enjoy, and relax… without worrying about driving, the noise from other groups, or having to rush.
That tranquility, that intimacy… was what we wanted to bring to others.
Thus, our project was born: a tasting experience without hurry, without stress, without interruptions.
Just wine, good company, and moments that matter.
An experience designed to become a memory.
We move all over Mallorca to bring a tasting designed for you, at your chosen pace and with the wine that suits you best.
Because we believe that the best wine isn’t enjoyed alone… it’s shared.
2. Our why
We wanted to give back to wine what wine gave us: pause, enjoyment, and connection.
After visiting many wineries and experiencing environments that didn’t allow for full enjoyment, we were certain:
Wine shouldn’t adapt to the place. The place should adapt to the wine… and to those who share it.
Wines & Bites was born with this idea:
A home tasting designed for those who want something more intimate, more real, more personal.
No jargon. No rush.
With everything prepared so the only plan is to toast.
Each tasting revolves around you: your tastes, your pace, and your people.
3. What we bring to the table
We complement each other so you only have to enjoy.
She selects the wines, guides the experience, and shares everything she’s learned in the winery and through her training as a Sommelier.
He designs every detail: from the website and image to the atmosphere and presentation of each tasting.
And together, we care for each experience as if it were the first.
